DESCRIPTION:Open Access and research data publication (Online Talk) – Ses
 sion 1\nThis workshop will discuss different open access publication metho
 ds (primary and secondary publication) as well as their benefits and requi
 rements. Many journals and funding bodies now also require the publication
  of research data. In this talk\, we will also discuss different ways to p
 ublish research data and why it is a good idea.\n\nSome (but not all) ques
 tions addressed in this talk will be UP-specific\, e.g.\, this talk provid
 es information about the available (financial) support at the University o
 f Potsdam for Open Access publications. There will be time for questions 
 and discussion at the end of this session. We invite you to bring along yo
 ur questions. For example\, we will have time to answer questions such as 
 “Which steps do I have to take to publish my (cumulative) doctoral disse
 rtation at the University of Potsdam?”\n\nYou will receive the Zoom link
  after registering for the event.
